Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Social Worker, your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive client assessments and evaluations to determine treatment needs.

• Providing individual therapy sessions and group counseling aimed at recovery and personal development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will primarily comprise individuals undergoing detox from various substances, whose experiences range from acute distress to chronic mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in providing empathetic support and evidence-based interventions to facilitate their recovery journey while paying particular attention to their emotional, psychological, and social needs.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health or addiction recovery setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum clinical experience is two years, we prefer candidates with three or more years in clinical practice, as this experience will enhance your ability to navigate complex cases effectively. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms is also desirable as these tools will be integral to your daily responsibilities.
