Administrative Assistant

LHH is partnering with a property management company in Hunt Valley, MD, that is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join the team on a long-term temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys providing essential support across daily operations.

Location: Hunt Valley, MD

Pay Rate: $21$25 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Handle tenant and client inquiries, including maintenance requests.
  • Coordinate and log maintenance work orders.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling, data entry, and office coordination tasks.
  • Support property managers with day-to-day operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
