Senior Sales Representative

Responsibilities Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach efforts Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and executive-level decision-makers Conduct client meetings to assess hiring needs and present customized staffing and recruiting solutions Negotiate service agreements and close new business opportunities Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts while identifying opportunities for expansion Partner with recruiting teams to ensure successful placements and exceptional client experiences Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve activity, revenue, and growth goals Stay current on market trends, hiring challenges, and industry developments Qualifications 3+ years of experience in sales or business development within staffing or recruiting industries.
