Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and insightful assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns. Use clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools to formulate accurate diagnoses and establish treatment objectives.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions as well as group and family therapy when appropriate, utilizing evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) suited to each client's unique journey.

• Respond to client crises with immediate support and intervention, using strategies that ensure safety and promote de-escalation of acute mental health issues.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring that treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments are regularly updated.

• Engage in collaborative practice with a team of interdisciplinary professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to create a holistic care approach that addresses complex client needs.

• Provide education on mental health conditions and available treatment options, empowering clients and their families to make informed decisions about their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a wide range of clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Must be licensed as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in accordance with Arizona state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
