Work Environment

This role is fully remote, enabling you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a focus on their mental health needs. Utilizing Telehealth technology, you will conduct sessions via secure online platforms, effectively delivering therapy and support. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being through in-depth interviews and standardized assessment tools.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients' unique needs, employing various therapeutic modalities and strategies.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring each client receives targeted support.
• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress, utilizing telehealth records systems to adjust treatment plans as necessary and reflect changes in needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during urgent situations, guiding clients through immediate challenges safely and effectively.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in strict compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring high levels of client confidentiality.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic and integrated care for clients.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the field of mental health, actively participating in professional development and training opportunities.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer supervision to enhance clinical skills and share innovative therapeutic approaches.
• Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines set forth by relevant licensing boards and organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work closely with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and families who face various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will play a key role in helping clients navigate their emotional landscapes while tailoring therapeutic interventions to cater to each individual’s lifecycle, culture, and personal circumstances. This position requires a commitment to understanding and embracing diversity within the client population.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a solid foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport and trust with clients.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and highly dedicated to enhancing client well-being.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team dynamic.
• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and laws governing mental health practices.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years of experience in a mental health counseling role, specifically within a therapeutic setting.
• Previous experience using telehealth applications for client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually , commensurate with experience, along with bonus opportunities.
