Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on client needs.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals with diverse mental health challenges.
• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other proven methodologies to facilitate client progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions to track client development and ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in case consultations with colleagues to enhance treatment strategies and shared learning.
• Engage actively with clients to assess their needs, challenges, and progress throughout the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A master’s level degree from a regionally accredited institution in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field.
• Current, active licensure in your respective field, such as LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD, allowing for unsupervised practice in the state of Washington.
• A clean record, free from any disciplinary actions by licensing boards.
• Ability to perform intake assessments, diagnose conditions, and create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective documentation and client interaction.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of clinical psychotherapy experience, particularly with adult populations.
• Training in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic interventions.
• Experience in working collaboratively within a remote team environment, contributing to shared goals and outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
