Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that cater to clients’ unique therapeutic needs.
• Provide ongoing mental health counseling and psychotherapy using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other practices.
• Maintain detailed documentation for each session, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and enhancing the quality of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients holistically and facilitate referrals when necessary.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies based on outcomes and feedback.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues to promote awareness and understanding.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance personal clinical skills and overall service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work as a Mental Health Therapist will focus on a diverse range of clients, primarily comprising adults seeking support for various mental health conditions. This includes anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. You will address the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, empowering them through effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.
• An active license in the state of Florida enabling you to provide unsupervised mental health therapy services, such as LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD.
• Two or more years of experience in providing clinical psychotherapy to an adult population.
• Proficiency in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Strong organizational and writing skills for comprehensive session documentation.
• A spotless record without any disciplinary actions from any licensing authority.

Preferred Experience

• Experience and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and familiarity with other evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Previous telehealth experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training.
• Demonstrable skills in managing a diverse caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 based on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a range of benefits designed to support your well-being:
