Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with new clients to understand their needs and challenges, establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Implement and facilitate therapy sessions, providing individual therapy aimed at promoting clients’ emotional well-being and resilience.
• Set measurable therapeutic goals and continually monitor client progress to ensure effective treatment interventions.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to conduct virtual sessions, providing accessibility and convenience for clients facing transportation or mobility challenges.
• Ensure thorough documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress to meet ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and peer consultations to stay updated on the latest therapeutic practices.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
