Qualifications\n \n A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW) is required. \n An active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Social Worker (LICSW) is mandatory to ensure the highest level of care. \n Preferred Experience\n \n At least two years of professional experience providing therapy to individuals dealing with mental and behavioral health issues, incorporating individual and group therapy, substance abuse treatment, or trauma-informed care. \n A strong foundation in counseling theories, techniques, and current practices in mental health treatment that supports individual and family wellness. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
