Key Account Manager
CSL
Le/La Key Account Manager (KAM) a pour mission de négocier et de gérer les accords-cadres et partenariats stratégiques avec les groupements d’achats, les grossistes-répartiteurs et les établissements hospitaliers (publics et privés). Il/elle veille à maximiser la performance commerciale, à développer le chiffre d’affaires et à renforcer la présence de CSL Seqirus sur ces canaux prioritaires.
Le rôle comprend :
Participer à la définition de la stratégie commerciale de CSL Seqirus en France.
La mettre en œuvre en établissant des partenariats commerciaux à long terme avec des clients clés sur différents canaux de marché
(Groupements, Grossistes répartiteurs, Appels d'offres des hôpitaux publics et privés) dans le respect du budget alloué.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe interfonctionnelle de Seqirus en France (Marketing, Medical, Service Clients).
Faire vivre ces accords auprès de la Force de vente

à la stratégie de l'entreprise,
aux règles et procédures opérationnelles internes (Inc. Garantir la traçabilité documentaire des négociations et des contrats)

Activités et Responsabilités:
Négociation et gestion des partenariats
Négocier les accords-cadres, conventions de distribution et contrats de partenariat en optimisant les conditions commerciales et dans le respect du budget alloué
Identifier, prospecter et qualifier les interlocuteurs clés au sein des groupements, grossistes et hôpitaux.
Mettre en place et animer les comités de pilotage opérationnels avec les partenaires.
Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients stratégiques (groupements, grossistes, pharmacies, hôpitaux).
Élaborer des plans d’action spécifiques pour chaque partenaire, suivre leur mise en œuvre pour permettre l’atteinte des objectifs de vente.
Assurer la croissance du chiffre d’affaires et de la part de marché sur les segments ciblés.
Identifier les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées permettant d’exploiter de nouvelles opportunités
Pilotage et développement de la performance commerciale
Contribuer à l’élaboration des prévisions de ventes auprès du Commercial Lead CSL Seqirus France.
Suivre et analyser les performances commerciales, proposer des actions correctives afin d’ajuster les stratégies si nécessaire.
Assurer une remontée régulière des informations marché et de la veille concurrentielle.
Collaboration interfonctionnelle
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Marketing, Service Clients, Affaires Médicales, Finance et Règlementaire pour assurer la satisfaction des clients.
Participer à la définition de l’offre de valeur et à la construction des argumentaires produits / ADV.
Participer aux réunions internes pour partager les retours clients et les informations de marché.
Profil et expériences souhaités:
Bonne connaissance du marché pharmaceutique et de la réglementation : plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans l’environnement pharmaceutique (Laboratoire et/ou Groupement)
Expérience avérée en négociation avec les groupements de pharmacies et grossistes répartiteurs.
Capacité à travailler en mode projet et à fédérer l’ensemble des acteurs.
Capacité à analyser les données commerciales et à élaborer des stratégies.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément en respectant ses engagements/delais
Maîtrise des outils CRM et des techniques de vente.
Maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel.
