Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their mental health status and determine appropriate diagnoses using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Create individualized treatment plans that prioritize cultural competence and address the unique needs of each patient. Regularly evaluate and adjust these plans based on patient progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records and clinical documentation using advanced technology, adhering to regulatory standards and departmental protocols.

• Collaborate with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers to develop comprehensive care plans that reflect the goals and preferences of the patient.

• Implement interventions and evidence-based strategies to support mental health diagnoses, while continually monitoring patient safety and symptom management.

• Facilitate connections between patients and external treatment providers, ensuring smooth transitions in care and continuity of services.

• Engage in the education and mentoring of students, interns, and new team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.

• Participate in team meetings for peer review and clinical collaboration, contributing to the overall growth and effectiveness of the clinical team.

Impact Counseling Services caters to a diverse clientele, encompassing a wide range of demographics and presenting issues. You will work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and a variety of behavioral health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a mental health setting.

• Demonstrated ability to physically perform job tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

• This role does not involve exposure to blood-borne pathogens while fulfilling job responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
