Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailoring approaches for diverse emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, developing individualized discharge plans to meet client needs effectively.

• Implement and maintain treatment plans, ensuring they remain aligned with client assessments and adjusting them as necessary to accommodate client progress.

• Document all therapy services accurately in accordance with facility and professional standards to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulations.

• Manage an assigned caseload, preparing for and actively participating in treatment team meetings to coordinate care among multi-disciplinary teams.

• Demonstrate professionalism by maintaining a positive, empathetic demeanor toward clients at all times, promptly addressing and resolving any complaints that arise.

• Prioritize patient safety and mental well-being in all interactions and treatment modalities.

• Adaptively fulfill additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field is required.

• Experience working therapeutically with children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
