Senior Director, Clinical Development

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Director of Clinical Development to lead clinical science strategy and execution for oncology molecules targeting RAS-addicted cancers. The role encompasses clinical trial design, regulatory submissions, cross-functional leadership, and oversight of early-stage through pivotal studies.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical science strategy and documentation for clinical development plans
- Oversee clinical trial design, site selection, patient recruitment, and data management
- Represent development plans across teams; train site personnel and manage inquiries
- Conduct medical and safety data reviews; analyze clinical data for strategic insights
- Mentor cross-functional clinical development professionals and manage team timelines
Requirements
- PhD, PharmD, or equivalent advanced degree
- Minimum 10+ years clinical development or related pharma R&D experience
- Expertise in clinical data analysis, interpretation, and pharmaceutical relevance
- Experience with clinical trial design, execution, and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple direct reports
- Strong relationships with clinical investigators and regulatory agencies
