Senior Director, Clinical Development

Revolution Medicines

Revolution Medicines seeks an experienced clinical science leader to direct clinical development strategy and execution for oncology molecules targeting RAS-addicted cancers. This role encompasses early-stage through pivotal studies, regulatory submissions, cross-functional team leadership, and strategic clinical decision-making.

Responsibilities

Lead clinical science strategy and documentation for clinical development plans across indications
Oversee clinical trial design, execution, patient recruitment, data management, and regulatory compliance
Conduct medical and safety data reviews, provide study reporting and site personnel training
Lead and mentor cross-functional clinical development teams with potential direct reports
Analyze clinical data and provide strategic insights to guide program decisions and timelines

Requirements

PhD, PharmD, or equivalent advanced degree required
Minimum 10+ years clinical development or related pharmaceutical R&D experience
Expertise in clinical data analysis, interpretation, and pharmaceutical relevance
Experience with clinical trial design, site selection, and regulatory compliance
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams independently
Strong stakeholder management with clinical investigators and regulatory agencies
