About Nuvex Nova
At Nuvex Nova, we are transforming how commercial property managers, HOAs, and multi-location businesses manage maintenance and skilled trades. We are the AI-powered marketplace of record—combining real-time GPS tracking on-site, automated vetting, and escrow-backed payouts to eliminate billing disputes and vendor delays.
Outbound Prospecting: Cold call, email, and network on LinkedIn to pitch commercial property managers, enterprise facilities directors, and HOAs.
Pipeline Creation: Qualify leads, identify key decision-makers, and introduce them to Nuvex Nova’s marketplace and enterprise SaaS platform.
Onboarding Clients: Walk property managers through account setup and drive initial job/task postings on the platform.
CRM Management: Track all prospect interactions, follow-ups, and active deals within our sales CRM. Uncapped Commission Structure
This is an uncapped, performance-driven commission role designed for high earners who know how to close: 5.0% Commission on Task Volume: Earn 5% on the platform revenue generated from all completed tasks/repair jobs posted by clients you onboard.
15.0% Commission on Enterprise SaaS Retainers: Earn 15% recurring commission on active monthly enterprise subscription tiers ($1,500–$5,000/mo) signed by your clients.
5.0% Commission on Large Capital Projects: Earn a 5% commission on major specialized projects exceeding $5,000 in total value.
Requirements
1+ years of outbound sales experience (cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach).
Background or strong interest in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Property Management, Construction, or SaaS Sales.
Exceptional communication skills with a persuasive, "straight-line" closing posture.
Self-starter mindset who thrives in an agile, remote startup environment.
Familiarity with sales tools (CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach platforms).
