Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Everyone's Counseling Center, you will:

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients, both individually and as couples, to identify underlying issues and develop customized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and frameworks to address a variety of concerns, including but not limited to marital conflict, grief and loss, family dynamics, job stress, and adjustment issues.

• Facilitate therapy sessions that include family members, taking into account their unique perspectives and experiences, and support open communication to resolve conflicts.
\n
• Monitor progress through regular evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes for your clients.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring comprehensive support for both mental and physical health issues.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
