Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to evaluate their psychological, social, and emotional needs, utilizing both telehealth and in-person visits when necessary.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and solution-focused therapy tailored to each patient’s unique situation.
• Provide psychoeducation and counseling services to patients and their families, helping them to cope with the complexities of their health conditions.
• Document patient progress accurately and confidentially in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to integrate social work services into the overall care plan effectively.
• Regularly engage in professional development activities to remain informed about the latest therapeutic interventions and best practices in the field of social work.

You will work closely with individuals who often experience trauma, anxiety, and depression related to their diagnosis. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• This is a remote position; therefore, reliable internet access and proficiency in virtual communication tools are essential.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
