Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges to identify service needs and outcomes.

• Develop and implement individualized service plans with specific goals and interventions, and continuously monitor progress towards these goals.

• Provide individual and family counseling sessions that empower clients to overcome challenges associated with substance abuse and mental health.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies, including risk assessments and safety planning, to ensure the well-being of clients.

• Collaborate with a diverse array of community agencies to coordinate services that best meet the needs of clients.

• Engage in community outreach to raise awareness about available services and foster stronger community connections.

• Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and professional development training to remain aligned with best practices in social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals in a detoxification program, along with their families, who are facing the complexities of substance use disorders. You will work with clients from varied backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges. Your ability to empathize and engage with clients struggling with issues such as addiction, trauma, and related socio-economic obstacles will be critical in supporting their recovery and rehabilitation efforts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

• At least one year of direct experience in a social service setting, preferably within substance abuse, mental health, or related fields.

• Comprehensive knowledge of community resources, trauma-informed care, and the social and economic justice issues impacting our clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $100,000 per year, complemented by a generous bonus structure for exceptional performance.
