Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through virtual consultations, gathering client histories and evaluating their emotional and psychological needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with evidenced-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care strategies.

• Facilitate engaging individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, maintaining a supportive and therapeutic atmosphere essential for clients’ growth.

• Provide crisis intervention services and connect clients with appropriate external resources, ensuring they have access to necessary support systems.

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to develop a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied patient demographic, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in good standing within the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in outpatient mental health settings or comparable environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
