Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LMFT, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating therapeutic plans to address client needs.
\n
• Providing individual, couple, and family therapy sessions focusing on dynamics that include communication difficulties, grief and loss, and blended family issues.
\n
• Facilitating group therapy sessions and workshops to educate clients on topics related to mental health and family dynamics.
\n
• Documenting all interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes in our electronic health records efficiently and accurately.
\n
• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement integrated care plans that incorporate both medical and therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and training opportunities related to therapy best practices and ethical standards.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with various populations, including both adults and children/adolescents. Your focus will encompass diverse family situations, such as:

• Addressing family conflicts, including sibling disputes and communication barriers.
\n
• Supporting individuals coping with the effects of separation, divorce, and blended family adjustments.
\n
• Working collaboratively with clients facing challenges related to alcohol or psychological abuse.
\n
• Helping families navigate medical issues and their associated emotional stresses.
\n
• Providing bereavement support and intervention for those dealing with grief and loss.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.
\n
• An earned Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
\n
• A minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience in family therapy settings.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using telehealth platforms for therapy sessions.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure accurate documentation.

• Specialization in dealing with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or victims of abuse.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year , complemented by an extensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) plans with company matching; paid parental leave; and several employee assistance programs.
