Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention and develop pre-crisis and crisis plans, ensuring safety and effective risk management for clients.

• Document clinical interactions and treatment progress accurately and promptly, complying with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to inform treatment strategies and support clinical decision-making with the interdisciplinary team.

• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to develop and implement positive behavior support plans, enhancing clients' experience and outcomes.

• Establish and maintain relationships with local and state agencies to facilitate access to necessary resources and promote community engagement with our services.
