Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Agile Strength Rehabilitation Center, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough consultations with patients to assess their physical conditions and establish a clear understanding of their symptoms.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunction and crafting tailored treatment plans that target individual patient goals and recovery trajectories.
• Providing instruction to patients on the correct execution of therapeutic exercises essential for their rehabilitation.
• Delivering therapeutic modalities such as manual therapy, stimulation, or massage to facilitate tissue healing and pain relief.
• Assisting patients in learning how to utilize adaptive equipment like walkers and wheelchairs to enhance mobility.
• Keeping detailed and accurate patient records to monitor progress, adjust treatment plans accordingly, and communicate with the medical team.
• Offering valuable guidance and support to the patient and their families regarding in-home treatment options and ongoing exercises.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the chance to work with a diverse patient demographic ranging from children to older adults, and treat various conditions including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and orthopedic issues. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• A valid physical therapy license to practice in the state of California.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
• Adaptability and agility to accommodate varied patient needs and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who have at least two years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient rehabilitation. Experience working with diverse populations and various treatment modalities will enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
