We are scaling fast, and we are looking for a forward‑thinking, AI‑native Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our pipeline engine. The Role: The AI‑Powered Prospector This is a non‑traditional smile‑and‑dial job. We are looking for an outbound growth hacker who knows how to blend data, sequence automation, and cutting‑edge generative AI tools to scale deeply personalized outreach to developers, AI engineers, and tech executives. If you know how to build smart automation loops that feel human, write hyper‑targeted copy using LLMs, and navigate modern B2B tech stacks with precision, you belong here. Key Responsibilities Own the Outbound Pipeline: Research, identify, and prospect high‑value target accounts (AI infrastructure teams, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Data Architects). Master Sequence Automation: Build, test, and optimize multi‑channel outreach workflows (Email, LinkedIn, Phone) using tools like HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo. Leverage AI Tech: Maximize productivity and personalization using generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and AI prospecting assistants) to analyze target accounts and craft deeply contextual messaging. A/B Testing & Optimization: Continually track open rates, reply rates, and conversion metrics to iterate on sequence strategies and copy variables. Qualify & Convert: Conduct high‑level discovery conversations to uncover technical pain points and seamlessly hand off qualified opportunities to our sales team. What You Bring 1–3 years of experience as an SDR, preferably in B2B SaaS, developer tooling, or data/AI infrastructure. Automation Mastery: Proven experience managing outbound sequence software and a sharp understanding of email deliverability best practices. AI‑Native Mindset: You already integrate AI tools into your daily workflow to research companies, iterate on copy, and eliminate manual busywork. Technical Curiosity: You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you must be excited to learn and talk about Graph Databases, LLMs, Vector Search, and GraphRAG.
