Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of client mental health status.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Outlet of Youth Psychotherapy Center focuses on low-acuity adult patients who are seeking support for common mental health challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, and adjustment issues. Our platform does not serve children or individuals with severe mental health disorders, ensuring that you work primarily with clients who are stable and ready to engage in treatment.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state license issued by the state board in the following:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
\n
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to USD 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and patient load.
