Accounts Receivable clerk

Duties:

o Billing support\- invoicing & collections of credit cards processing.

<\/div>

o Respond to customer inquiries and concerns related to billing and receivables.

<\/div>

o Spare parts backlog processing.

<\/div>

o Cash application

<\/div>

o Update information in database.

<\/div>

o Coordinate with other departments.

<\/div>

o Support the accounting team with ad hoc projects and reports

<\/div><\/span>

Requirements <\/h3>

o AR and\/or collection experience minimum of 3 years

<\/div>

o Outlook

<\/div>

o Emailing

<\/div>

o Preferred, not required\- MS Office, Excel, governmental billing.

<\/div>

o Education: High school.

<\/div><\/span>
