Work Environment

This position is an onsite role based in our outpatient office, designed to foster a collaborative and engaging atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, diseases, or surgical procedures, utilizing a comprehensive approach that considers physical and emotional aspects of recovery.
• Design personalized treatment plans incorporating various methodologies, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and advanced modalities to alleviate pain and improve functional mobility.
• Document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary based on clinical assessments and patient feedback.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families on effective self-management techniques, including understanding assistive devices and rehabilitation exercises that foster independence.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and networking events, as well as staying current on best practices in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our dedicated team serves a diverse patient population, ranging from pediatric clients to older adults. You will primarily focus on patients with orthopedic conditions such as post-surgical rehabilitation, joint replacements, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• A Doctorate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Proficient computer skills including experience with electronic health records and documentation software.
