Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to create comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate counseling sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting methodologies to meet diverse clinical needs.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to enhance the holistic care of clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations tailored for telehealth counseling.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health practices by attending relevant workshops and development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will primarily work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Through telehealth, we are committed to making mental health resources accessible to all individuals, including those in underserved communities within Cherry Hill and beyond.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations specific to the counseling profession.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialized training or experience in working with trauma, substance abuse, family dynamics, or couples counseling.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and remote counseling technology.

• Annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
