Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement comprehensive treatment programs for patients referred by physicians, tailored to their specific needs and medical conditions.
• Engage in hands-on treatment for a diverse range of cases, including but not limited to orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the clinic's operations.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare providers to utilize evidence-based care practices that drive optimal patient outcomes.
• Deliver therapeutic care in a compassionate manner, including hands-on rehabilitation techniques that align with each patient's physician-recommended care plan.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers to understand their treatment protocols and encourage adherence.
• Meet established utilization goals and business objectives, contributing positively to the center's overall performance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Conway Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy Center, you will work closely with a diverse patient population. This includes individuals recovering from surgeries, athletes rehabilitating from sports injuries, children with developmental issues, and adults managing chronic pain or disabilities. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.
• Minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including word processing and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with patients to support their recovery.
• A genuine desire to connect positively with individuals and their families as they navigate their rehabilitation process.
• Positioning skills to build and maintain professional relationships within the community.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in specialized areas of treatment such as manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, or neurological therapy.
• Prior exposure to a community-based rehabilitation setting.
• Familiarity with contemporary practices in physical therapy, including telehealth and mobile rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive remuneration package with a salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 yearly, based on experience and qualifications.
