Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations that include a thorough review of patient history, physical assessments, and documentation of results. Use your clinical judgement to inform treatment recommendations.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans effectively to patients and their families, encouraging their active participation in the goal-setting process.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to implement tailored treatment protocols based on individual patient assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to adjust treatment plans in response to changes in patient conditions.
• Create detailed discharge plans that include follow-up care and ensure documentation is timely and precise, capturing the complete patient journey from evaluation to recovery.
• Exhibit effective time management skills to fulfill productivity expectations while maintaining an organized schedule.
• Engage in community outreach and marketing activities to promote the clinic's services and enhance care access.
• Participate in departmental meetings to help set and achieve functional objectives while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required, with a valid Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
• A current, state-issued license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida is essential.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical practice experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits
