Work Environment

This position is an onsite role based in our outpatient office, where you will interact directly with patients and collaborate with a team of experienced healthcare professionals. The work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a stable and predictable work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical capabilities and limitations.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique needs and therapy goals.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to provide therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing patient mobility and functionality.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care activities and billing in compliance with clinic guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to optimize patient progress.
• Meet clinical productivity benchmarks while keeping abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy practice and techniques.
• Participate actively in team meetings, in-service training, and program development efforts to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure the safety of the clinical environment and assist in the maintenance and inspection of therapy equipment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working primarily with an orthopedic patient population, dealing with a diverse range of conditions such as post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Patients are typically motivated individuals seeking to regain their functionality and quality of life, providing an opportunity for you to make a significant impact on their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active Physical Therapy license in Florida or eligibility to obtain one.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
• A collaborative mindset, eager to work in a team-oriented setting while fostering positive patient relationships.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, with a focus on outpatient orthopedic care.
• Familiarity with the WebPT electronic medical records (EMR) system is a significant asset.

Compensation and Benefits
