Looking for a talented Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead a fast-paced, hip, high-volume restaurant. This is a growth-oriented company that offers a solid benefits package and takes great care of its managers. Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager Benefits / Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily kitchen operations of a cool, fast-paced casual dining restaurant. Lead and develop a team with a hands-on approach. Manage all BOH cost areas, Scheduling, Inventory, Purchasing, etc. Collaborate with the FOH team and company leadership. Competitive starting salary of around 60K to 70K Quarterly Bonus Health insurance package Paid vacation, PTO Great advancement opportunities with a stable and thriving company. Executive Chef /Kitchen Manager Requirements: The ability to thrive in a high volume ($3 million) kitchen environment. Minimum of 2+ years of Kitchen Management experience Ability to manage all BOH cost areas / inventory / ordering/ scheduling / labor cost. The ability to have fun at work and make work fun!!
