Key Responsibilities

• Streamline clinical workflows to enhance patient admission processes, ensure timely referrals, and manage scheduling efficiently.
• Execute individual therapy plans focusing on early intervention strategies and same-day evaluations to promote timely recovery.
• Conduct detailed patient evaluations and re-evaluations, accurately interpreting results to establish effective treatment paths within your scope of licensure.
• Carry out comprehensive chart reviews and data collection to maintain accurate patient records, facilitating effective communication across the team.

Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits
