Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries to develop customized treatment plans that align with their specific rehabilitation goals.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic methods, including exercise programs, hands-on therapy, stretching techniques, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Continuously monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment strategies based on individual responses and outcomes.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on self-care techniques, appropriate physical therapy practices, and the use of assistive devices to enhance recovery.
• Stay updated with current physical therapy practices and innovations through ongoing education, workshops, and professional networking opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographics range from children to the elderly, encompassing a variety of conditions that include musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, neurological disorders, and chronic pain management. This role will involve working closely with patients to develop treatment plans that meet their unique recovery trajectories. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid state license to practice.

Compensation and Benefits
