Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide 100% telehealth therapy services utilizing secure video conferencing tools to deliver effective therapy to children, teenagers, and young adults, ensuring emotional and psychological support.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions with clients and their families to develop treatment plans that are responsive to their evolving needs. Utilize evidence-based practices to guide these discussions and interventions.

• Collaborate with a clinical team, including other therapists and mental health professionals, to ensure a holistic approach in client treatments and to share insights and resources that can enhance service delivery.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in adherence to in-house policies and applicable regulations, ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance.

Your primary clientele will include children, teenagers, and young adults dealing with various mental health challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. You will engage with these individuals and their families to address the specific lived experiences influencing their mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Psychologist, or an equivalent mental health license allowing for independent practice.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and young adults, demonstrating your capabilities in handling a diverse range of mental health concerns.
