Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapy through live video sessions to clients aged 13 and above, addressing a wide range of emotional and psychological issues.

• Collaborate closely with Brightside psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive treatment plans for our clients.

• Utilize automated symptom assessments and progress measures to adjust treatment strategies effectively, ensuring individualized care.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation using our innovative therapist portal, which includes essential tools for efficient record-keeping.
\n
• Engage in regular consultation with our Therapy Leadership Team, seeking guidance and support when necessary to enhance treatment outcomes.
\n
• Provide therapy to individuals and couples, employing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and emotionally focused therapy (EFT).

• Adhere strictly to HIPAA and other security regulations to safeguard client information.
\n
• Commit to a measurement-based care approach to track client progress accurately and adjust treatments accordingly.
