If you are a confident, ambitious and energetic person with a go-getter work ethic, excellent communication skills, and seek uncapped commission, you must apply now.Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager roleLeverage your negotiation and/or technical background to identify, develop and grow your client base by marketing company's staffing services for direct hire, contract and contract-to-hire staffing solutions.Make prospecting telephone calls, schedule in-person meetings with decision makers, managers and senior-level executives to promote our company's services to prospective clients.Build client relationships to drive and generate business opportunities.Aim to solidify our company's presence in the local marketplace by consistently participating in networking events and public relation functions.Present qualified candidates based on candidate's qualifications and relevancy to the open position.Communicate with hiring managers to determine candidate's viability to support and resolve specific client needs.Plan to attain weekly business generating goals.Qualifications of the Business Development Manager role1-2 years experience in business development, contract negotiations, and marketing.Self-confidence, perseverance and a high sense of urgency.Excellent communication skills via email, text and phone.Boolean language experience highly preferred.Strong negotiation and account development skills.Must be comfortable telemarketing up to 4-6 hours per day.Bachelor's/Associate's Degree preferred.A strong desire to succeed.
