Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities, limitations, and needs to establish tailored treatment plans.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the use of specialized equipment to promote recovery.
• Monitor and record patients' progress, documenting treatment responses and outcomes to adapt care plans as needed.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on treatment procedures, exercises, and the use of assistive devices to empower them in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be primarily working with orthopedic patients who require specialized rehabilitation following surgical procedures, injuries, or chronic conditions. These may include sports-related injuries, joint replacements, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Your role will directly impact the patients' ability to regain movement, alleviate pain, and return to their daily activities, making your contributions vital to their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy is essential to practice in California.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
