Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Our clients come from different backgrounds and age groups, and your skills in empathy and active listening will be essential in creating a safe, supportive environment that fosters healing and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity for empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach.

• Proficient organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome newly licensed professionals, preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record in mental health counseling. Experience working in an outpatient clinical setting and familiarity with telehealth platforms would also be advantageous, as would expertise in contemporary evidence-based therapeutic methods.
