Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Mindful Haven Solutions, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for couples and family systems to identify underlying issues and therapeutic needs.

• Facilitating joint and individual counseling sessions, focusing on improving communication and resolving conflicts among family members.
\n
• Specializing in addressing and providing therapy for a variety of issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, and adjustment disorders related to separation and divorce.

• Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each individual and family scenario, incorporating evidence-based methodologies.
\n
• Documenting client progress diligently and contributing to a team approach to care within our clinical setting.
\n
• Providing support and resources to families experiencing challenges in blended family dynamics, as well as those dealing with mother/daughter conflicts.

• Engaging in continuous professional development and collaboration with other healthcare providers to enhance the quality of therapy provided.

You will work with a diverse population, including adults and children/adolescents who are seeking supportive therapeutic services. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
