Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique mental health situation and collaboratively create effective treatment plans.

• Provide individual and couples therapy tailored to the needs of your clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods to encourage personal growth and emotional resilience.

• Engage in collaborative team discussions during staff and supervision meetings to enhance multidisciplinary care approaches that promote client outcomes.

• Regularly track and measure client progress towards established therapeutic goals, making necessary adjustments to enhance the effectiveness of treatment.

• Document clinical encounters and treatment plans in alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.

• Participate in training and professional development initiatives to continuously improve skills and stay informed on the latest therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Fully licensed to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations preferred.

• Proficient in providing individual and couples therapy; experience with family therapy is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
