Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our clinic, you will:

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, incorporating tailored methodologies to address the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document outcomes in our electronic health record system in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Coordinate care with psychiatrists and physicians to ensure comprehensive support for clients experiencing severe mental health issues, including those requiring hospitalization.

• Engage with families and caregivers, providing education and resources to enhance their involvement in the client's recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver effective mental health services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
