Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform detailed mental health assessments for clients entering the detox program, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews to evaluate their needs and history.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique challenges and strengths, focusing on cognitive-behavioral strategies and motivational interviewing techniques.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that address complex emotional and behavioral issues stemming from substance use disorders, leveraging therapeutic modalities like CBT and DBT.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, deploying de-escalation techniques and coordinating with emergency services as necessary.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure that all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed, including physical health, mental health, and social factors impacting recovery.

• Document all client interactions meticulously in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n
