This full-time role is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from your preferred setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive remote therapy sessions with clients using telehealth technology, including secure video conferencing tools.

• Evaluate clients' mental health needs, collaboratively developing tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies, to address varying client concerns effectively.

• Offer practical coping strategies, emotional support, and psychoeducation to help clients navigate their mental health challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential electronic health records while monitoring client progress and treatment updates in line with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about current research, therapeutic methods, and emerging mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults from varied backgrounds. Your experience will contribute to a supportive environment for clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. It is essential to approach each client with cultural competence and sensitivity to their individual experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in the state of California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience offering remote counseling services and a strong understanding of developmental and psychological principles related to children, adolescents, and adults.

• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and evidence-based therapy modalities is preferred.

• Past experience working with a diverse client base, showcasing cultural competence and adaptability is highly valued.

• Desirable certifications or additional training, such as DBT, CCTP, Trauma-informed care, and Military Certification, are advantageous but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
