Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns, utilizing diagnostic tools and methodologies as needed.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances and needs.

• Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions, utilizing teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions or may face accessibility challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of all client records.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Resolute, you will predominantly work with adolescents and young adults. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required for this position.

• Active state licensure as one of the following: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD is essential.

• Advanced proficiency in using technology, including Google Suite and electronic health records (EHR) systems, is necessary for effective communication and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
