Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments, create diagnostic evaluations using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, and develop individualized care plans that honor cultural diversity and meet the special needs of our patient population.

  Monitor and assess each patient’s progress continually, employing tailored interventions and strategies to promote mental health stability and support recovery.

  Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, reports, and clinical information through modern technology, adhering to all regulatory requirements and departmental procedures.

  Collaborate with patients and their families to craft a comprehensive treatment plan that articulates the patient’s needs, desired outcomes, and agreed-upon objectives.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
