Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must hold a full and unrestricted license to practice independently, specifically:

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
\n
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

• No limited/provisional licensure or disciplinary actions on record.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills paired with an empathetic nature.

• Strong proficiency with technology and digital communication tools.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in providing mental health counseling, demonstrating a proven track record of successful client outcomes. Experience with telehealth platforms and familiarity with contemporary therapeutic practices is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually , commensurate with experience and the chosen work hours. Benefits include:
