This position allows for a flexible remote work arrangement, as the Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily interact with students and staff within a school setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy focusing on students coping with significant mental health challenges or severe emotional disorders.

• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with students, ensuring a snackable environment conducive to talking about sensitive subjects.
\n
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create integrated care plans that address each child’s unique needs.
\n
• Conduct evidence-based and developmentally appropriate screenings to identify students requiring further assessment or intervention.
\n
• Organize and facilitate workshops and group sessions aimed at promoting mental health awareness and resilience among students.
\n
• Monitor and review case progress, ensuring treatment goals are being met and adjusting strategies as needed for optimal student outcomes.
\n
• Act as an advocate for students by connecting families with additional resources, support services, and community programs.
\n
• Participate in treatment teams and meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and drive improvements in student services.
\n
• Document all client interactions, ensuring compliance with ethical standards, and complete necessary paperwork accurately and timely.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, managing high-stress situations with calmness and professionalism.

In this role, you will primarily serve a population of students in the El Paso area, many of whom come from under-resourced backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field.

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas.
\n
• Minimum of two years of experience providing mental health services in a school or community setting.
\n
• Strong understanding of child and adolescent psychology, developmental stages, and effective age-appropriate intervention strategies.

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and case management.
\n
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in diverse and under-served communities.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Life Assure Healthcare offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
