Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs, using a range of evidence-based techniques and solution-focused interventions to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet clients' unique therapeutic requirements.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering strictly to HIPAA and other relevant regulatory standards.

• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Participate in monthly case consultations and peer review sessions to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid license to practice in Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with prior experience in community health settings, as well as familiarity with telehealth practices. Compensation and Benefits\n
