Business Development Manager (SaaS)

About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Egypt The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales experience working within startup environments and a strong understanding of the GCC market This role is ideal for a hunter who thrives in fast-paced environments enjoys building new business opportunities and has experience selling technology solutions to clients across Saudi Arabia UAE Qatar Kuwait Bahrain and Oman. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across the GCC region Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of enterprise and mid-market clients Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing Conduct client meetings product demonstrations and business presentations Develop strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers Negotiate commercial agreements and close high-value deals Collaborate with Marketing Product and Customer Success teams to achieve business objectives Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates using CRM tools Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify growth opportunities Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of Business Development or Enterprise Sales experience. Proven experience selling SaaS or cloud-based solutions. Previous experience in a startup or fast-growing technology company. Strong experience selling to GCC clients, particularly Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and closing enterprise deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar. Fluent English is required; Arabic is highly preferred. Willingness to travel within the GCC when required. Preferred Qualifications Existing network of decision-makers across the GCC. Experience selling AI, HRTech, FinTech, ERP, CRM, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Software solutions. Experience working with subscription-based business models. #J-18808-Ljbffr Client of Jadeer
