Job Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' specific needs and create individualized strategies that help them reach their functional objectives.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and holistic care for every individual.
• Provide Education to Patients and Families: Teach therapy techniques and at-home support methods to patients and their loved ones to aid continuous progress.
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor clinical advancements and modify treatment approaches as necessary to ensure patients stay on track.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Support for continuing education or additional certifications encouraged.

Licenses

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
